Following the latest Government advice, our office will reopen from Monday 1st June 2020, having been closed since 23rd March 2020. Until this time we continue to have a remote team in place to support our customers by phone and email to assist with enquiries.

We are working hard with our partners and supply network to understand their capacity to restart new car production and the delivery of vehicles, and will update all affected customers as soon as possible. Please bear with us as we work to gain answers for you and be assured that we will keep you informed as best as possible throughout.

Unfortunately due to the lockdown measures, previous new car deliveries had to be cancelled along with the taxation of vehicles. Production in factories also stopped for new vehicles, and so there will inevitibly be some delay as these processes recommence. We will keep you informed as best as possible as the situation develops and improves.

We appreciate this may be worrying for some customers and we apologise for this and any inconvenience this causes. These are however, unprecedented circumstances and our team will continue to do their utmost to keep you updated throughout the coming weeks.

Below you will find some FAQs which may help with your queries, but please don’t be afraid to contact us on the details below or via our social media pages for any additional concerns.

We really appreciate your understanding through these difficult times and wish you all to stay safe.

I have a car on order, how is this affected?

At the time of writing, all supplying dealerships and manufacturers have temporarily closed production and deliveries. We are therefore unable to currently deliver any new vehicles whilst in lockdown.

Your order is still safe with us and as soon as the restrictions are lifted, we will be able to resume deliveries as before and at such time we will be able to provide more accurate updates on the progress of your order.

If you have any concerns about your order, please don’t be afraid to contact us, our team are still here for you and can be reached by calling 01522 500055 or email [email protected]

You can also join us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, where we will continue to share updates and can answer questions.

I would still like to talk to someone about future purchase options, is that possible?

Yes, absolutely, and we welcome you to do so. We have a small team working remotely that are able to take calls and emails to discuss any new vehicle and our website remains open for you to browse our prices and discounts. If you would like to place an order for your new car, that is also still possible although we may not be able to confirm a specific time frame for your delivery until the restrictions are lifted.

How do I contact the team?

You can still contact us in the normal way, calling 01522 500055 and your call will be diverted to team. You can also email [email protected] and our team will pick this up too.
